The red leather used on the top is inspired by American football “eye black”!
*By using supple red leather on the top—an area prone to hardening—we’ve carefully controlled the hardness of both the center and the edges of the TIP.
Playing with the red leather still attached until the TIP is fully broken in will help maintain its performance for a longer period.
